Here's how it started. 

While searching for new office space, we came across an empty warehouse in a great location.  After a brief walk-through over oil-slick floors, we laughed about "big ideas and a unique vision" ... then we took ourselves seriously.

Moving from a joke into a new office space ignited a 6-month top-to-bottom renovation of the 5,000 sq. ft. tattered and battered, tilt-up concrete building.

Dubbed "Warehouse 127," we've revamped this grungy machine shop into a contemporary, yet (still) industrial workspace.
