Traction Marketing Group

2006 was a year filled with changes for us.  Here are some of the highlights from our past year.

» A new workplace is born!  Warehouse 127 goes under construction and is completed just in time for us to begin 2007 in new digs.  Our creative "thinkbox" warehouses some of our favorite people in the world -- our employees!

» A new name! A new look!  Smith & Associates changed its name to Traction Marketing Group to better reflect our company's mindset.  A new logo and corporate image followed the name and led us to this, our new website and blog.

» A new President is announced!  Tyler Smith becomes President / Creative Director of Traction.  Tyler takes the reigns to further the transformation of the company and to set in place new processes and initiatives.

» Traction workspace open warehouse  And a smashing success it was!  Warehouse 127 was christened January 11th. Friends, clients, colleagues, associates came to party it up and break-in our new digs. (We're still finding empty beer bottles stashed in the strangest places.)

» A new AE joins the Traction team!  Jill Farrand joins Traction as an Account Executive.  We're excited to have Jill at Traction Marketing Group, and know she will be a valuable asset for us, as well as for our clients.  We had the pleasure of introducing Jill to everyone at our Open wareHouse.  Read more about Jill and all our employees soon on the Our People page in the About Us section.

So as you can see, we've had a busy year planning all these changes while still working side-by-side with our clients and providing all the professional services we do best.  We've got even more big plans for 2007; so keep up with us by regularly checking out our corporate blog!
